These terms apply to the LibiMEX app by Sommerfeld B.V. (KvK 90958187), Weert, the Netherlands. The app is distributed through Apple's App Store; Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA) also applies.

1. The app

LibiMEX is a dice game for entertainment. You may use it for personal, non-commercial purposes. The dice are random; no prizes or money can be won with the app.

2. Age and responsible play

LibiMEX is intended for adults (18+). If you play it as a drinking game, only drink alcohol if you are of legal drinking age, know your limits, and never drink and drive. Playing without alcohol is just as much fun. Sommerfeld B.V. is not responsible for how the game is played.

3. Free version and LibiMEX Unlimited

The free version: 2 players, Dice lives, Winner and Loser mode with One Shot. The first three games on a device have all features.
LibiMEX Unlimited (1 year) is a non-renewing in-app purchase. It unlocks all features for 365 days from the moment of purchase and then ends. It does not renew automatically and you will not be charged again unless you buy it again.
It works on all your iPhones and iPads signed in with the same Apple ID ("Restore purchases"). Family Sharing is not available.
The price is shown in the App Store before you buy, including VAT.
Vouchers (offer codes) can be redeemed in the app or the App Store; they have the same duration unless stated otherwise.

4. Payment, withdrawal and refunds

Payment is handled by Apple. When you buy LibiMEX Unlimited, the digital content is delivered immediately at your request; by confirming the purchase you agree to immediate delivery, and the 14-day right of withdrawal for digital content then no longer applies (EU Directive 2011/83/EU, art. 16(m)). Refund requests can be made to Apple via reportaproblem.apple.com.

Your statutory rights as a consumer (including legal guarantee of conformity for digital content) are not affected. If something does not work, contact us at info@sommerfeld-bv.com.

5. Liability

We do our best to keep LibiMEX working well, but the app is provided as is. As far as the law allows, Sommerfeld B.V. is not liable for indirect damage. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

6. Intellectual property

The app, its design, name and logo are owned by Sommerfeld B.V. You may not copy, sell or modify the app.

7. Law and disputes

Dutch law applies. As a consumer you also keep the protection of the mandatory law of your country of residence. Please contact us first; we will try to solve any problem together. Disputes go to the competent court in the Netherlands, unless the law gives you the right to go to the court where you live.
